Ok for short stays in Winter not for summers

The apartment on the ground floor is good enough for 3 persons and has bed room, kitchen, small living room and bathroom. Small private Garden and sitting that we did not use.’

The house has multiple floors and managed by senior citizens. There some smell here and there. The apartment needs a ventilation and fans or air conditioning as it is very warm summer in Germany/ Europe. This needs to be arranged without asking specifically.
