    Spacious, beautifully decorated apartment with soul

    We spent a wonderful Christmas and New Year's holiday in a comfortable, huge, tastefully furnished and warm apartment with central heating and a large kitchen where we could prepare various delicacies. The accommodation is located in the extremely quiet village of Kimpling, which allows for countless walks in the area. We were delighted by wild rabbits, pheasants and many deer, and on some days even snow. Certainly a beautiful landscape for relaxing and easy exploration and probably (luckily for us) today one of the rare places where there is no infrastructure (shops, cafes, etc.). There are several excursion destinations nearby (within an hour's drive) - Wels, Linz, Schärding, Passau - while Salzburg and Hallstatt require more (approx. two hours). It would be interesting to come in the summer months with bicycles. The hosts are very kind, completely unobtrusive, but always ready to help - whether with advice or with things in the apartment. Since we were also celebrating our birthday those days, they pleasantly surprised us with a little more attention.

    Heel aangenaam verblijf in alle rust

    -Erg vriendelijke host. Heel makkelijk te bereiken via de booking app. ze reageert mega snel. Top! -prachtig, groot erg goed verzorgd huis. -van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles was aanwezig. -Super netjes en schoon was alles. -Erg fijne grote ruimtes. -Auto voor de deur parkeren

    großzügige Wohnung, schönes Ambiente, sehr komfortabel, somit alles zum Wohlfühlen. Auch war die Vermieterin immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

    Wer Wert drauf legt, in einer sehr schönen Wohnung zu wohnen, ist hier richtig. Wer sich aber etwas Infrastruktur wünscht, sei es der Bäcker, ein Cafe oder Restaurant, oder das Freibad, findet dieses nicht in Fußnähe. Wir mussten immer alles mit dem Auto anfahren. Die Straße am Haus hat nicht gestört, da nur gelegentlcih Autos durchfuhren.
