Verkehrsgünstige, zentrale Unterkunft für Regensburg und Umgebung
Verkehrsgünstige Lage für einen Aufenthalt in und um Regensburg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch Bäcker, in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die City: 30 Minuten. Öffentl. Parkplätze sind irgendwo in der Nähe immer zu finden gewesen. Gut war der geräumige Balkon.
Der Zugang ist verbesserungswürdig. Keine Vorabinformation, sondern Einlass über den Eigentümer (wohnt im Haus). Dann erfährt man wo sich die Wohnung befindet und geht trotzdem auf die Suche, da man das Gode-gerät nicht zwingend sofort entdeckt!. Das könnte durchaus vorab mit Bildern kommuniziert werden. Die Wohnung ist gut, aber mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Da im Wohnzimmer hallhemmende Einrichtung nicht vorhanden ist, hallt alles und man hat den Eindruck, der TV ist so laut, das die Nachbarn sich gestört fühlen.
