    Lautes Hundegebell, in der Nacht stört die Ruhe, aber sehr schöne Wohnung

    Sehr saubere, vollständig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, gut funktionierendes WLAN, freie Parkplätze auf der Straße

    An beiden Abenden hat von 20:30 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr im Nachbargarten ein großer Hund sehr laut gebellt, was mich unter anderem aus dem Schlaf geweckt hat (ich würde deswegen die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen, obwohl sie sehr schön ist). Hauseingang, Flur und Treppenhaus schmutzig und sehr abgewohnt. Kein Aufzug, relativ enge, steile Treppe ins zweite OG. Kein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne, kein Rollladen im Schlafzimmer, Matratze zu weich, Bodenschwelle (Stolperfalle) zum Badezimmer hin, kein Mückenschutz am Schlafzimmerfenster, dadurch nachts Stechmücken im Schlafzimmer, liegt direkt an einer Straße, so dass Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet werden kann. Ich würde wegen der Nachteile, insbesondere des Hundegebells, die Wohnung leider nicht mehr mieten.
