The property has good location and spacious. To meet the high standards, it needs improvements.

The property is in a good quite location. Atmosphere is peaceful. Co-op is almost next door. This was a great help. It is a spacious accommodation. Neat and clean.

It lacks basic facilities that every B&B should provide. There are no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. There is no fresh body soap or shampoo. There were some half empty bottles that previous occupants may have left. There was no microwave. Imagine if you want to heat food! Oven is not convenient for a quick warm up meal. Cutlery was basic, tea mugs were not available. Pots and pans were not sufficient.

Casa moderna, aconchegante, funcional e nova!
