    An old house over 100 years old! The smell of old is piercing! We stayed for 9 days and the whole time it was raining dust inside the rooms. I cleaned on the third day with a vacuum cleaner, moving some furniture. There was a lot of dust under the sofas, cupboards and flower pots. I cleaned it, but the dust continued to rain for the next few days! Smell of mold from the kitchen cupboard! The floor is wooden, warped and creaks! It is unpleasant at night to go from the bedroom through two rooms and a hallway to get to the toilet. We felt like we were trapped, we had prepaid online and had to endure the smells and dust. The stairs to the apartment are steep and inconvenient for elderly people.

    Schlecht geputzte Wohnung (Ecken). Schimmliger Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung! Instabilen Wasserhahn in der Küche. Treppenhaus schmutzig. Gesamteindruck: ungepflegt

    Die FEWO ist geräumig für 2 aPersonen reichlich.

    Kücheninstallation fragwürdig. Arnatur nur "fliegend" gelagert. Arbeitsplatten nicht ausreuchrnd gegen Feuchtigkeit geschützt, Gefahr von aufquellen und Schimmel. Verlängerungskabel unmotiviert installiert. TV im Schlafzimmer bei Kanalsuche blockiert. Für uns Fremde nicht zu beheben. Steile und unbeleuchtete Treppe zur Wohnung für Ältere schwierig.
