    Appartement propre, bien équipé dans un quartier calme où l'on peut facilement se garer

    Appartement propre, bien équipé, confortable, dans une rue très calme, possibilité de se garer au bas de l'immeuble; des aliments sont proposés à un petit prix si on a oublié de se ravitailler Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc quand on arrive bien chargés il faut prévoir un peu d'exercice à l'arrivée ;)

    Nur 2 statt 3 Schlafzimmer, Grundreinigung nötig

    Schöne Wohnung mit liebevollen Details in ruhiger Lage.

    Entgegen der Beschreibung, hatte die FeWo lediglich 2, statt 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war keine (ausziehbare) Schlafcouch, sondern eine normale, schmale Couch in einem Durchgangszimmer ohne Tür zum Flur. Die Wohnung bedarf zudem einer Grundreinigung. Es war zwar oberflächlich gereinigt, aber an vielen Stellen wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Der dreckige Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon ist da nur ein Detail. Alles ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Dusche ist total vergilbt und unansehnlich. Darüber ein Loch in der Wand. Schade, denn grundsätzlich hat die Wohnung Potenzial.

    It was difficult to find the room key and the room itself, and it was impossible to contact any staff who could help.
