    Sehr freundlicher Kontakt

    Da ich vor 20 Jahren im selben Haus während meines Studiums kurzzeitig gewohnt habe, war es ein kleiner Nostalgietrip. Toller Blick auf die Festung, super freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kein Problem, einen Parkplatz an der Straße zu finden. Bequemes Bett, neu renoviertes Bad.

    Das Treppenhaus hat leider noch den gleichen „Charme“ wie vor 20 Jahren und der Lärm vom Stadtring und der nachts fahrenden Güterzüge ist trotz geschlossener Fenster gut hörbar. Aber wirklich ärgerlich war, dass trotz 8° Außentemperatur und Dauerregen die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat und Besteck und Gläser schmutzig waren.

    Property well located and clean, big tv and well equipped tv. Dogs are allowed.

    The bed and pillow were not too comfortable. Could also use a AC, it can get really warm during summer time.
