    Würden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen; anhand des Preises, der Fotos, der Beschreibung sowie der Bewertungen hätten wir

    + Nähe zur Innenstadt (fussläufig ca. 10 Minuten) + Parkplatz vorhanden

    - Bei Ankunft sehr heiß in der ganzen Wohnung. - Die „Klimaanlage“ entpuppt sich als mobiles Klimagerät, dessen Abluft sich nur über ein komplett geöffnetes Fenster nach draußen leiten lässt; Wirkungsgrad damit gleich Null. - stark stinkender Abfluss der Dusche - sehr kleines Bad mit defektem Fenster - einfache und teilweise stark abgenutzte Möblierung (Bett in einem Zimmer ist einfach auseinander gefallen - wurde aber postwendend repariert) - ekelige Matratze (siehe Foto - wurde auf unsere Forderung hin ausgetauscht) - jede Nacht unzählige laut quietschende Güterzüge auf der Bahnstrecke gegenüber
