The hostess was extremely kind and helpful! Wonderful homemade breakfast! Very authentic experience :)
The location is further from the city center and we were bit concerned regarding the safety of the neighborhood. Taxi or own car definitely recommended. More space for luggage in the room would have been appreciated.

What a glorious place to stay
We loved both the inside and out. The grounds were immaculate and had enough seating to sit outside to relax. The inside was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so clean that we didn’t see any dust. The room was very spacious. We loved how they kept to a theme. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Nothing was wrong with this property We couldn’t say enough about the hosts Laura Sue and Rick. They were so accommodating. They had a moment and chatted with us. So personable. You can tell that they loved what they do and take pride in their property. For a nominal fee Rick will even drive you to the baseball game. Unfortunately we had a real early flight so we didn’t experience the breakfast. They did tell us what was on the menu and it sounded delicious. They also do tea time on certain days and times. We missed it but they had a great turnout. I would recommend this property
Nothing. Probably the fact that we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast because of our really early departure from the property. We left around 5 but we believe breakfast was at six. Laura Sue did show us where the coffee pot was if we wanted to make some

Timeless charm and amazing hosts. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful and unique historical property. So much to enjoy from the garden to the finishes to the artwork and historical documents curated throughout.
With the age of the property there are some creaks, but the hosts supply you with earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
