Comportamento poco professionale e informazioni ingannevoli sulla piattaforma booking.com
Non ho soggiornato, quindi non posso parlare della struttura. Quando i gestori mi hanno chiesto se portavo con me un animale domestico, ho comunicago che avrei portato un gatto. Al che mi hanno detto che i gatti non sono accettati (cosa non scritta su booking). Ma io avevo già pagato interamente il soggiorno e non c'è stato verso di recuperare quanto perso. Dietro mia protesta si sono offerti di ospitarci a patto di portare con noi le lenzuola e gli asciugamani (che non c'entrano nulla con i gatti), accusando allergie. Poi hanno iniziato a fare gaslighting accusandoci di essere noi a non voler presentarci. Comportamento poco professionale.
