Clean and large apartment on Spaccanapoli with a underwhelming bathroom
Really central location in the middle of Centro Storico and Spaccanapoli, was within 5mins walk of Duomo station and 15-20mins walk to most places to see. The place was clean, really big spaces for living area and bedroom, had most of the facilities that we needed, lots of spare linen and towels available
Lack of communication about facilities before the stay. E.g. the flat is up 6 flights of stairs on the 3rd floor with no lift, the toilet cannot flush toilet paper and so you kind of have to use the bidet which we are not used to using in our country. The cleaner came 1.5hrs earlier than checkout time and we did not receive communication about this, she didn't speak English which made it more confusing for us. The bath/shower was inconsistent in sustaining flow of water to showerhead. Fridge was not sufficiently cold. Kitchen had limited facilities, E.g. did not have culinary knives or chopping board Our power went out when we had the stove and aircon at the same time, luckily the host responded within 15mins to our message and gave us instructions on what to do with the in-home power box

Great stay in a bustling street!
Great location. If you’re a light sleeper and do not like noise this place is not for you! We do not mind it at all but it’s very busy all day and night. As previous guests have said the entrance feels a bit scary but once you are in the flat it’s cosy, clean and safe. One of the neighbours was lovely and checked in every time we went out for the day or when we came home. You have all the facilities you need. Thank you for a great stay! 🤍 Check out Sorbillos pizza restaurants very close by!
