Toller Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden.
Super Lage, in Sichtweite des Vatikan. Große und gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Umgebung. Nähe zur Metro. Die Gastgeberinnen haben immer sehr schnell und kompetent geantwortet, per WhatsApp und waren überaus freundlich. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr hilfreich und es war alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Das wackelige Bett. Wobei die Matratze top war.

Worked perfectly for us.
The location was perfect for our Vatican visits, neighborhood had quite a few restaurants. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast voucher for local coffee shop was excellent.
Only downside was no availability to store luggage prior to our check in. Additional cost of €18 for a biz across the street. While there is an elevator, you still need to go up about 10 steps to get to it. This may cause an issue for some.

I stayed eight nights at Scipioni 40 Guesthouse in September and had an excellent experience. The room was cozy, spotless, quiet and very comfortable, with strong air conditioning, a great shower, a bidet, and a high-quality Nespresso machine with coffee. The location in Prati was ideal — close to the Ottaviano Metro, the Vatican, restaurants, cafés and shops, while still being very quiet at night. Isabella was incredibly kind, responsive and accommodating, and made everything easy when my plans changed. Breakfast was available for an additional cost; I didn’t add it to my stay, but it smelled delicious every morning.
Nothing significant. The room was cozy rather than large, but that was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for me.

Great location especially if you want to visit Vatican, just 5 minutes walk, also it is quite easy to get to the center of Rome by public transport, there is a bus stop and metro nearby. Also the room was clean.
For 250 euros per night, the room was very basic. The sound insulation is terrible – you can hear everything from the neighbors. The worst part was one night when we heard constant knocking and furniture moving upstairs, which made it hard to sleep.
