    We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, making it easy for us to explore the city. A special thank you to Federica for her exceptional communication, kindness, and support throughout our stay. She was always helpful, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended! ❤️

    Teleurstellend

    Het terras was ruim en gezellig om te zitten.

    - Airco heeft schimmel en er loopt water van de muren - Ook schimmel in de kast op een van de kamers. - Niet voldoende ventilatie in de ruimtes, enkel de living heeft een beschimmelde airco en de ventilatoren in de kamers zijn onvoeldoende. - Alle kamers zijn gescheiden door een schuifdeur met hierin glas, waardoor privacy niet aanwezig is. 1 kamer heeft zelfs enkel een gordijn - De vloer was vuil - Het toilet maakt zoveel geluid bij doorspoelen, dat je er 's nachts wakker van word. - Het fornuis kan maar 1 vuur per keer aan, anders valt de stroom uit. Het is dus enkel maar mogelijk om met 1 pan te koken. - Overal mieren, in de keuken, in de bedden.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Easy location. Apartment outdated.

    Location great. Modern clean bathroom. Smart TV. Staff helpful and friendly. Facilities mostly good.

    Old and outdated. Leaking AC in lounge. Bugs in kitchen. No AC in 2 rooms. Pillows not good. Terrace not clean.
