    Cold roo.

    Great location, breakfast good and bar had good atmosphere

    Air Con/Heating very unresponsive leaving the room cold. Radiator in room was not on.

    Not somewhere we would choose again

    Hotel is central for getting in to Killarney

    Our rooms seemed to be located in a far corner of the hotel, they were over the marquee in the front of the hotel where loud music was played until midnight. We ate in the bar of the hotel but the food and service was poor, several menu options we asked for were not available. Security seemed poor, we managed to go down a staff elevator and exit an open door where anyone could gain access to the hotel and rooms
