    Great 2 star and OK 3 star.

    Easy access, clean and comfortable. Pool table.

    Upon check in they didn’t give us the room we had booked until I said something but only after we had unpacked which was inconvenient. Breakfast in a bag was unexpected. Games room was messy and not cleaned up from a prior party of some sort. Pool cues had no tips so playing pool wasn’t really possible.

    I will choose it again if I come back to Kamloops. Very good breakfast and staff.

    Nice staff, Tirth is super. He gave me very good suggestions on restaurants and customer oriented.

    When stay downstairs , it’s noisy.

    Great value

    Very friendly staff, comfortable bedding and great location. Game room

    Need some detail cleaning, specifically in the bathroom window. Basic cutlery, not enough for 2 of same things, glasses size mismatch.
