    Friendly staff and a clean room convenient to an event in the area.

    The design of the property is appealing and aesthetically pleasing. Great friendly staff! Location was perfect for our agenda.

    The bed/sleeping area felt claustrophobic. And, it would be an improvement to have a more direct line from the daily parking to the front desk.

    Nice property and location but major issues with problem resolution

    Beautiful location beautiful room

    The AC was out in our very expensive room and it was 85 degrees while we slept. Downstairs brought up fans after we couldn’t sleep. They called maintenance but no one came that night. The next day maintenance came twice and briefly got the air on but it went right back out. When we showered, water got all over the bathroom and my clothes. By the time we checked out we were just ready to leave. Whoever we were texting was very helpful and the management later said they would refund our visit. It has now been 1.5 months and I have no refund. The property itself said they couldn’t refund me and it had to go through booking. I’ve contacted booking three times, they’ve done one phone call with the hotel and have tried to release my funds with no help. I was trying to not leave this property a bad review because I felt like this was just an unfortunate accident but after a month and a half with no results on and over $300 spent on one night stay, people need to know.
