    A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

    Best accommodation I have ever had anywhere. The hot tub and sauna are excellent. Location is great, close to historical center, close to the harbour, easy access to metro, buses, etc. Some nice restaurants around. Owner was extremely gallant and helpful, as was his family. When I return to Napoli, this is the place I will return to. I would give it 12/10 if possible

    This was one of the worst apartment stays I have ever experienced. The room was not properly cleaned, and all the chairs were rusty and in poor condition. The kitchen utensils and pans were also dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The water from the basin had an unpleasant smell and contained visible white particles, which was very concerning. The shower gel and hand wash bottles had already been opened and were not usable, so I had to purchase replacements myself. The bathroom flush also did not work properly and could not flush toilet paper effectively, requiring multiple flushes each time. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, switching between hot and cold unexpectedly. The bedroom air conditioning was another issue. It would automatically turn on and off without any adjustment or input from us. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained and did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, or basic functionality. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.
