  Güzel bir yer

  Deniz’e çok yakın. Otopark sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Bahçesi genişti.

  Banyosu oldukça küçüktü. Bulaşık makinası yok. Üst kata çıkan merdivenler biraz dardı. Geri kalan her şey çok iyiydi. Tekrar tercih edebilirim.

  Good:comfy beds, good shade in the rooms, lots of pillows, variety of covers. Good position of ac, they work well. Good balcony, the main and the back one where you can see a little bit of the sea from the photos. We'we got starter water, juice and some croissants, feta, butters which was a nice touch. I wanted an early check in and they provided it. There is a shower in the yard which is great because the beach bar in front does not have a shower or a changing cabinet. It is close so you can mix. It is a quiet area. Even though it is a strange concept, like a very big yard with all the tenants inside their own yards. There is no garbage bin in the yard so you have to walk or drive to deal with everyday garbage. It would be easier if there was a bin inside and then someone to take care of it on a daily basis.

  What is a pretty deal breaker is the STAIRS. Nowhere to be found in photos or descriptions of an object. And it is pretty important information. This way it is what it is, it is already paid for and you cannot just find another app just like that. So you have to deal with them. Every day. Death stairs literally.It would be suicide to take the suitcases upstairs so don't. So there is no use of closets upstairs. You just go there to sleep and no coming down during the night.Second problem is a bathroom. Ridiculously small. Someone said in the comments that it is manageable. It should not be manageable for this price. For 210 per day this is not the app. It is a ,,do it yourself concept,, even for a cleaning. No one is coming. So it is not included in the price. You wash your own towels and whatever you want, the bed sheets, no one is changing them too. So the bottom line is that it is overpriced, so no more details and there are quite. If it was 30-40 % less it would be quite alright.

  We loved our stay at Sea and Sun Apartments

  Clean and tidy, very comfortable beds, well functioning air conditioning, a small kitchen equipped with what is needed for a family stay, nice balcony and a yard, just a minute walk from the beach, very near the buzzing Nikiti center but quietly located. Our host was really very helpful - no issues with receiving keys, provided useful recommendations, responded very quickly on each question, had made sure that water, coffee and basic things were available on our day of arrival. Really great help to make our stay enjoyable!

  The bedrooms are on the second floor. It was perfect for us, but if you have very small kids or difficulty going up the stairs, it is good to take it into consideration.

  Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο. Στενές επικίνδυνες σκάλες.
