    Comfort stay with relax on terrace

    The app view is amazing, you can see the sea and etna. Terrace is hudge and morning coffee with this view is amazing

    The comming out from building is directly on street ehat is common in italy buildings

    Spacious. Great location. Fabulous balcony. We could walk into the main area easily, though of course Toarmina is steep with many stairs and inclines. Host was fabulous and very helpful. Marta made everything easy.

    Great view of Mt Etna and the sea.

    We enjoyed the views of Mount Etna and the sea. The road below was quite busy but it was a huge plus having a terrace. It was easy to walk into the main street .

    The second bedroom was very quirky with two single beds but still comfortable. The air conditioning was great and certainly needed.

    Stay with an unwanted roommate

    The only strength point is the beautiful views from the terraces, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the overall negative experience. We would definitely not recommend this place due to the bad attitude of the host.

    On the morning of the second day we found a cockroach walking around the living room, but the most disappointing part was the host’s attitude. She showed very little empathy and, instead of helping us, set impossible conditions for a refund: first that we had to leave the apartment before 12:30, and then she changed it saying at most before 15:00. A very unprofessional way of handling the issue and zero sensitivity towards the guests. In addition, the bathrooms have no ventilation or extractor system, so they smell very bad. We also received no real support from the Booking team to solve or manage this situation, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
