    Excellent accommodation and hosts. Great location and sea views.

    Loved the views from the property, watching the sea. Plenty of outdoor seating. Pool welcome to cool off. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Comfy beds and made it comfortable having AC.

    Cannot fault Luigi and Giovanna, amazing hosts! The space and location are great just needs a bit of care taken as every

    Luigi and Giovanna are amazing hosts, we were welcomed by Luigi on the first day and Giovanna was extremely communicative which made arrival very easy. The property is in an excellent location and easy to get into Mondello and Palermo. The property is also so much bigger than it shows on the pictures, we had 6 of us staying and there was so much room. The views from the property are amazing, with the backdrop of the mountains and then the sea on the other side. We were also allowed an early check in free of charge, which was easy and Giovanna said yes straight away.

    The property is quite worn, which is a shame as it’s an amazing space. Some paint on the railings outside is needed, replacement chairs in the balcony, many are completely sunken in, snapped or not able to sit on them at all. However, I will still say this place is great value for money, just needs a a bit of tlc.
