    Relaxed whilst watching the waves crash and reading a book.

    Beautiful views, great water pressure, host provides a range of cereals, toast, spreads and yogurt which was very thoughtful. Nice property to relax at.

    Very cozy, it's my dream room. I could gaze at the sea and lose myself in thought right through the window. At night, I even saw a sky full of stars and the Milky Way. The entire Kakanui area is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very thoughtful, preparing yogurt, bread, jam, and more.

    The only thing to note is that driving at night is pitch black—you really can’t see a thing—so extra caution is needed.

    Comfortable stay in charming Kakanui. Excellent shower

    No wifi and no TV. Couldn't get either to work. Didn't matter really. Cutlery upgrade to reflect the other amenities. Just a thought!
