Sea Breeze House was nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the beach was in walking distance. The owners were very helpful, the check-in was easy. Everything was working properly. A good place to rest and a good starting point to explore Scarbourough and beyond (Whitby, York).
The kitchen could have been cleaner, the washing machine needs a deep clean. There were spots on the upholstery of the living room seats. A few more deeper dishes and a sieve would be helpful. Sometimes you could hear too much of the neighbours, especially a dog was for times constantly barking. An explainer for non Brits how to close the door properly would be nice.

Fantastic accommodation
Everything! The location was particularly beneficial as we had booked a concert at the Open Air Theatre which was only a 5 minute walk from the property. There was plenty of choice of eateries & watering holes nearby. The property itself was well equipped and very homely. My friend and I absolutely loved our stay

10/10 – Wonderful family stay in a perfect location!
We had a fantastic stay in Scarborough and will definitely come back. The house was spotless, fresh, bright, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday. The location was excellent – just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and a great chippy, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special mention to Simon, who went above and beyond by putting up balloons and a birthday banner as a surprise for my partner. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. This property was perfect for our family, and we made some wonderful memories here. We’re already looking forward to returning – next time with an extra pair of little feet, as we’ll have a new baby with us! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Scarborough. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. 😊
