    Very modern and clean apartment. Fully equipped with everything. Nice ocean view and terrace. Parking is free. Many possibilities in small residential area nearby or on embankment at the other side of building complex. City center is within 25 min walk. Nearest beach is 5 min drive. Lots of people jogging on embarkment. Big traffic junction that you'll see on the map north of the apartment is not busy at all and you won't hear it. Bedroom-side street itself is noisy sometimes because of narrowly standing buildings, but nothing crazy. Living room-side street is much quieter.

    Almost all buildings in Azores have problems with humidity and this one is unfortunately no exception. There is a dampness smell in the bedroom but manageable. You have to get used to it.

    Nuestra estancia en este apartamento en Ponta Delgada ha sido fantástica. El apartamento es muy acogedor, cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. La terraza frente al mar es, sin duda, uno de sus grandes atractivos. Queremos destacar la amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad del anfitrión, Gilberto. Desde el primer momento estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros y nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos. Además, tuvimos un problema con la cancelación de un vuelo hacia otra isla y nos ayudó en todo momento, mostrando una gran disposición y por encontrar Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento y esperamos poder volver en el futuro. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

    Klidná lokalita s úžasným výhledem na oceán, vždy volné místo k parkování, balkon s nábytkem, čistota, velikost apartmánu a vybavení, kvalitní ložní prádlo a dobrá matrace...
