    Lovely place great location

    UFH must have been set to 28deg C before we arrived maybe by the previous occupants. Concrete slab was full of retained heat making it so uncomfortable to sleep in for the first night. Other than that the place is lovely.

    Fantastic family friendly apartment

    Stunning views over Newquay, facilities were too notch, everything you need to enjoy a stay. Location was great, close enoughto town but far enough to be quiet at night. Parking bay was dedicated and close by. Beds were comfy and the showers were fantastic.

    No TV in master bedroom but maybe because there is no wall space to put it. Unfortunately there was a mixup with getting the apartment ready, on arrival it had not been cleaned or beds made up, however a call to the local support number had 3 people descend and in about 40mins they had the apartment ready for us.

    Very good

    Every room in the apartment was spotless which is the single most important thing to us. Bed was very comfortable and bathrooms appeared brand new and very well provisioned. Parking was easy. Lovely welcome pack was a very nice touch. Excellent wifi throughout the apartment. The apartment was in a quiet area and was a short walk into town.

    We cannot understand why there were televisions in two bedrooms but there wasn’t one in the master bedroom. Also, only one tv controller on the first floor for the bedroom and lounge tv’s although we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work getting ‘unavailable’ and ‘no connection’ messages. We did choose not to follow this up. We would have appreciated some leaflets of local attractions and a map of Newquay which we have found in other accommodation. We would not return to the accommodation purely because we would not return to Newquay.
