  Très bien

  Le cadre, on avait tout loué, on était 5 La terrasse de la maison La chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui donne sur la plage Les chambres spatieuses

  On ne peut pas se baigner, l'eau est près du port Le gardien et sa famille qui nous regardent un peu trop souvent

  Ultimi due giorni in Messico purtroppo rovinati. Questa struttura è isolata da ogni cosa (vicina solo al porto Punta Sam, per il resto isolata da tutto. Non è collegata da mezzi, se non si è muniti di un trasporto proprio si può raggiungere solo con taxi MOLTO costosi) La seconda sera, tornati a casa dopo cena, la corrente non era funzionante. Abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte il numero di riferimento indicato ma nessuna risposta. Inoltre nella struttura i nostri cellulari non prendevano quindi, senza Wi-Fi, eravamo completamente isolati. Per chiamare l’assistenza clienti Booking e più volte il numero riferimento della struttura (zero risposta fino al mattino dopo) ci siamo dovuti allontanare fino a una stazione della benzina. (Fino all’1 di notte, non molto sicuro) La luce ci serviva per fare i bagagli per il giorno dopo (dato che la struttura ci ha negato anche il “”servizio”” di custodirci i bagagli dopo il check out) e per avere un minimo di aria dato che non si respirava Risultato: - Fino alle 2 di notte a parlare con l’assistenza Booking in una stazione della benzina isolata - Mattino dopo volevamo partire molto presto per raggiungere isla Mujeres, ovviamente non fatto perchè avremmo dormito 3 ore e in più senza luce è stato impossibile preparare i bagagli (cellulare in più scarichi) - Avuto una risposta solo il mattino dopo con molta calma dalla proprietaria (?) dicendo che è stato un blackout generale In sostanza: vi consiglio di non rifare il nostro sbaglio, ci sono sicuramente posti migliori che costano molto meno e che vi tratteranno sicuramente meglio.

  The private beach, relaxed atmosphere, away from the hotel complexes further south, close to the ferry to Isla mujeres. We had beer and coffee left in the flat, which is super nice if you arrive late in the evening. Close to a store for amenities.

  Nice gated and fenced private property in a good location for day trips. Great views of Isla Mujeres, the private beach is small but SLS Hotel beach is right next door 1min walk along the water. Punta Sam ferry dock is adjacent to the property (5 min walk). This is where you can get on the catamarans or party boats to Isla or take the cargo ferry to Isla. There is a GO Mart, Dominos Pizza and Subway within a 5min walk as well. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, shower and beach towels etc. Staff on the property were great, very quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

  I would recommend having a car since there aren't any restaurants within walking distance.
