    Sehr saubere und angenehme Wohnung. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, nicht viel weiter zur Promenade und zum Yachthafen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Aber was uns am wichtigsten war: die Wohnung verfügt über eine hervorragende Lärmreduzierung gegenüber der Straße, ich empfehle sie auch Menschen, die empfindlich auf Geräusche reagieren. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und kontaktfreudig. Very clean and pleasant apartment. Great location, a few minutes walk from the train station, not much further to the promenade and marina. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby. But what is most important to us - the apartment has great noise reduction from the street, I recommend it even to people who are sensitive to sounds. The owner was very helpful and in touch.

    Enjoyed our stay in La Spezia

    Fosco was very hospitable. Apartment was in great location, 10min walk to port and train station. Excellent supermarket around the corner. The balcony was excellent for people watching, having breakfast and an evening drink.

    O Fosco foi sempre gentil desde o início e a acomodação é super limpa e num ponto estratégico da cidade. Em 10min você está na estação central de trem e sempre a poucos metros de qualquer loja de conveniência ou restaurante. Com certeza, recomendaria este lugar.
