There is nothing comparable to this location and to the exceptional host, Bojana. We stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. Bojana helped us with anything and everything. The house is literally on the beach, no walking up steep hills.

The apartment itself is lovely. Has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Bojana the host is extremely attentive and quickly replies when needed. One morning we woke to fresh fruit and vegetables delivered from their garden and another day to freshly made biscuits. The private outdoor terrace is lovely and gives a great view over the bay. Across the small road is a jetty where you can swim. The location is great with 3 lovely restaurants in the vicinity. Use of the bikes was a life saver considering it is a good 40 minute walk into Kotor. Although, the bikes have seen better days a couple of them their brakes were not working well but as we were all adults this wasn’t a huge issue.
There were a couple of downsides. The back small bedroom has high windows but no real curtains so the sun shone through quite early. Although the terrace is for your own sole use the walkway to the house and between the terrace is communal. There is an annex to the side of the house where an older gentleman lives. (We presumed a relative) he is quite often sitting / smoking / sun bathing outside our main bedroom window. There is also access to the flats upstairs so there is quite often kids running in and out having water fights. The hosts were also around every day swimming outside. While this would all be fine if we knew it was shared access, we felt we couldn’t really relax as much as we thought.

Fantastic!
Beautiful surroundings, close to sea and swimming opportunities, very clean apartment. We loved staying a bit outside city center. Easy to take a walk or go by bike to the old town. Our hosts Bojana and Mladen were fantastic and very service minded. They organised picking up at airport, renting bikes etc. We also got to to taste their own tomatoes, zucchini, fresh baked bread and dounuts. We would love to come back one day.
Since we like cooking a lot we would appreciate a little more kitchen equipment.
