    Good, could have been so much better with some property deep cleaning/updating

    Location generally but specifically the balcony & close outlook over the sea. To hear the waves is special. Away from the hustle & bustle of the PDC main strip. The apartment is a good size.

    As per previous reviews really. The deep cleaning of balcony soft seating & sunbeds is needed now.

    Brilliant stay and will definitely try to re book

    Location is amazing, sea front location, with amazing views of the ocean, sitting opposite the Maribel complex, with a restaurant above and beach bar to the side. Host is easily contactable and very accommodating, aircon was a bonus as the weather was roasting, kitchen very well equipped with a quirky toaster 🤣 The owner sends you a video showing the location how to get in and around the apt Bed is super big and comfy, very large shower and copious amounts of hot water Apt also provides beach towels and a parasol Despite the negatives it’s definitely not a deal breaker and we’ll be back Didn’t log into the WiFi or watch TV as it’s a break from the daily grind

    Needs a little TLC outside, shower screen outside is cracked so beware plus I don’t think it’s been used in a while as there were loads of dust n sand present, plus the water drains away over the tiles to where you sit, floor becomes very slippy. The seat covers on the balcony benches are filthy, desperately needs a good wash, sat on them and our shorts were filthy. We simply overcame this by using the large towels in the apt n bed sheet Shower tray fills up with water Some building work going on next door but didn’t distract from the holiday
