    Poor

    We experienced a burglary while sleeping. The villa lacked security cameras, leaving us exposed and vulnerable. Security codes were not provided by the manager, so we couldn’t use security alarms installed. During the burglary, all of our cash got stolen, along with several other items from our wallets. Following the incident, the manager’s only response was to suggest contacting the police, which provided no immediate assistance. This property does not meet the fundamental requirement of ensuring the safety of its guests. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone
