Really good base for the 6 of us to visit family and explore the wonderful Plymouth waterfront.
Good location, off road parking, lots of bathrooms, nice and clean
Needs additional bannisters at the top turn on the staircases, it's a little tricky for less mobile people.

Really good location as minutes into Plymouth by car. Layout of the house was great for our party.
Location worked really well for our sons Passing out parade
Not have a dining table in lounge as this meant not a lot of comfortable seating for the number of people staying at the property.

Disappointing
Specious,
On arrival surprised security gate to private car park open. No milk in fridge (a No No) Park View?? Only cutlery for 5 when house caters for 7 & has a dishwasher (host rectified when we left) toilet brushes need replacing 😵💫couldn’t open downstairs windows & no fans provided in 30+ heat, we bought a couple

Casa comoda e strategicamente posizionata al centro di un area interessante artisticamente.
Non ho capito perché l' host mi ha fatto scrivere da booking dicendo che avevo fatto un danno da 40€. Dal momento che non abbiamo causato nessun danno, ho chiesto foto della evidenza dell danno, e l host non mi ha mai risposto. Rimarremo col dubbio.
