  It was within easy walking distance to the town

  In the bedroom we would have preferred 2 bedside tables with lamps and a smaller table in the front bay. The space at one side of the bed meant you had to walk sideways without the footspace to turn around.

  A nice apartment overall but a few tweaks needed.

  The 1 bed apartment was fine for my needs and there are great views from the lounge window overlooking the town as the apartment is in an elevated position. The bed was comfortable and there are adequate kitchen supplies ( plates, cups, glasses etc and some cutlery)along with full cooker, microwave and small larder fridge., The location of the property was relatively near a friend I had come to visit which was a bonus. Hand wash was provided and plenty of space to place personal items.

  The location of the lock box is discreet but not ideal as one has to bend down to access the numbers to open and that took several attempts. A more detailed accommodation booklet would be useful including clear instructions on use of the shower and radiators, the latter being the most complicated and on one chilly evening, I was unable to operate them. At least 3 pots and pans need replacing due to their condition and there was no washing up liquid which would have been appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I did have contact with the owner who was responsive on receiving my feedback. One final general comment regarding Brixham which is lovely but hilly so check out location where you are staying as there are many places requiring an uphill climb and car parking is scarce.

  Great location for a short break and property more than adequate

  Perfect for 2 people, lots of steps into town for the quickest route but there is an alternative route to avoid the steps

  Minor details but as said before a mirror in the bedroom is needed and a new set of pans

  Great little place

  How close it was to everything..it was very comfortable.

  Could have done with another mirror , windows could do with a clean .and the outside needed a good clean . The accommodation was clean inside but tired ,some things needed replacing, but it was comfy .But saying all this, I would stay again .
