    Very near to politeknik.

    Bathroom not very clean. Maybe can spend more to upgrade the quality of bathroom. Entire condo looking creepy as 90% units are homestays. Very less residents. No dressing table. Only a long mirror.

    Scary

    Host responded immediately after confirmed booking.

    Unfortunately, this unit was not worth booking. I cancelled my reservation and did not stay for more than 10 minutes after checking in. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying with my 2 kids. The actual condition of the unit was very different from the photos shown online. While the living hall looked reasonably decent, the master bedroom and other rooms were infested with insects, including on the beds. The two bathrooms had several issues: the door locks were not functioning, the sinks were loose and rotating, and there was no water supply. The balcony was covered with bird droppings and litter, making it unusable. All the air-conditioning units in the rooms appeared to be in poor condition and were not functioning properly. The only positive aspect the swimming pool area, which was well maintained. However, there is no longer direct beach access as advertised. Overall, the unit cleanliness is very bad and did not match the listing description or photos, and I'd not recommend it to families with children.
