  Great Sea la Vie stay!

  We loved our stay. Fabulous location nice and close to town and the beach. The apartment was clean and well laid out with a beautiful patio for relaxing. Beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complimentary bottled water was appreciated. Bedrooms with aircon was amazing

  Only issue was the shower which was handheld but we enjoyed using the outside shower

  Our stay at Sea La Vie was extremely disappointing due to misleading room descriptions.

  Warning: Do Not Book – Misleading Listing & Serious Safety Issues We stayed at Sea La Vie (Agia Marina, Aegina) for two nights (Aug 1–3) and were severely disappointed. The property does not match its listing photos or description: Inaccurate Layout: Advertised as a "3-bedroom," but one room is actually an isolated, moldy basement detached from the main house. Accessible only via external stairs and lacking a toilet, it was completely unusable for a family with young children. Missing Amenities & Blocked Views: Outdoor furniture and sunshades shown in listing photos were missing. The promised sea view was largely blocked by a derelict, demolished building directly in front. Safety Concerns: Door locks—especially on the basement room—were heavily rusted. It took around 10 minutes just to unlock the basement door on one occasion, creating a major safety hazard in an emergency. Hygiene Issues: The entire basement smelled strongly of mold. Additionally, the main toilet had a persistent sewage/urine smell throughout our stay that couldn't be cleaned away. Having to climb outside stairs in the middle of the night just to access a bathroom made for an uncomfortable and stressful stay. We have submitted a formal complaint and photos to Booking.com requesting a partial refund. Would strongly advise families to look elsewhere.

  Καλή θέα, δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Ηρεμία. Άνετα κρεβάτια και air conditioning σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Σχετικά εύκολες οδηγίες check in μέσω Viber.

  Παλιό σπίτι που έχει υποστεί μέτρια ανακαίνιση. Υπερεκτιμημένο. Την όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα χαλάει το μισογκρεμισμένο ξενοδοχείο εμπρός. Το κάτω διαμέρισμα μυρίζει περίεργα. Χρειάζεται κάγκελο στις σκάλες κάτω, προστασία για παιδιά, βοήθημα για ηλικιωμένους.
