    I do not recommend the facility - the air conditioning is broken

    The air conditioning was faulty – water flooded the room and hallway. It was impossible to use the air conditioning in all rooms at the same time because it cut off the power to a maximum of two air conditioners, but it also cut off the power. It was 35 degrees outside on the top floor, and when we returned, the apartment was scorching hot because the plugs had blown...

    Good instructions. Property central and within walking distance of lovely old town and good supermarkets. Can walk to alghero beaches or short drive to many others.

    Impossible to park as high season. All roads packed. Unloaded outside property then had to drive around. Found large open space people were using to park for free down Via Aldo Moro which was only 10 mins walk back. Saved lots of stress. The listing states clearly top floor apartment. Over 80 steps so an effort at end of day but kept us fit!

    Ci tenevo a segnalare che, purtroppo, alcune cose non sono state come descritte: all'arrivo non abbiamo trovato l'acqua che era indicata fosse fornita, le cialde del caffè non erano sufficienti per tutti e alcune lenzuola erano sporche. Peccato, perché sarebbero bastati pochi accorgimenti per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole.
