    Overall it was an enjoyable experience, despite those few issues

    It was a nice size for two people. All the amenities were available

    The water heating system was a bit clunky. The house took a lot to heat up via the split system - and took a little to figure out. The couches caused back pain after sitting on them for only an hour. Might be worth upgrading them

    It was comfortable, cost effective and I would love to come again.

    Location to town centre-great. Spacious Like the timber decor.

    One couch was a bit uncomfortable. Vacuum cleaner needed replacement bags. Got a bit nervous about getting the entry details as they didn’t come through until 12:30(for a 2:00 entry). I phoned the contact number 3 times during the preceding week and each time was transferred to leave a message. No one called me back. The action was done/ or answered, I just wanted to speak to an actual person to be able to clarify my queries in a timely manner to me.

    Very relaxing. Found so much to do as well as fun family games.

    Lots of WII games and other that were very enjoyable by adult kids. The home really had everything and was close to COWES but not too close to be annoying.

    No internet.
