    will not use Booking. com again, still disputing the second charge

    You charged me for 2 studios and we only used one and on arrival NO ONE at the front desk informed us of that.

    My stay overall was amazing.

    I truly appreciated the exceptionally kind and helpful staff.

    Not the property’s fault at all, but the ongoing construction noise was difficult to deal with at times.

    Availability of washing machine

    I stayed in studio 209 which is like leaving in aditch with no natural light. No one cleaned the studio ,changed beddings and cleaned the dishes dispite being told by the owners that will be done the 3rd day. Do not ever book private owned properties.The owners have no courtesy and have 'I dont care' attitude especially the owner of studio 209 at The sage - seapoint in cape town. I was really disaponted!
