Beautifully furnished condo overlooking Hampton Beach in the heart of town. The 3rd floor view from the balcony and living room is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and every kitchen tool you could possibly want. New washer/dryer. Cable TV with all the channels in both the living room and bedroom. Private, safe, on-site parking is a huge plus. The owner was very friendly and helpful in providing instructions for the arrival procedure, which went off without a single hitch. The Sea Spray Condo on Hampton Beach is highly recommended. Perfect place to go if you want to enjoy the beach or just sit back and relax on the balcony.

Great place to stay in Hampton Beach
This was a great place to stay. Right across from the beach and had the benefit of parking in an assigned space on the condo property. Great views and close to eating and shopping establishments. Also a couple of blocks away from the Casino Ballroom. I hope to stay here again on my future trips to Hampton Beach.

Cozy beach condo with amazing view
We had a great experience staying at this property. A very spacious, well decorated and well stocked condo with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The communication with the owner was very pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Located right in the heart of Hampton Beach, we could walk to many restaurants and bars (if they weren't closed due to the unfortunate Corona pandemic). It's a gem of a place with a gorgeous view of the beach. I would definitely return.
