Sorry no pets. As the master bedroom is on the top floor and other beds on ground floor with easy access to the sea we do not accept children under 9. Parking is only available for one car and prior reservation is needed. The whole house will always be available at a reduced price for under occupancy only if 1 or 2 bedrooms are occupied. The study room also has a sofa bed but occupancy will still be limited to 6.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Fantastic location and high quality property

    Prime position overlooking beach

    Very little as it was incredibly well equipped and owner was extremely responsive to minor queries.

    What a view!

    The view!!!.......we stayed in April and whilst we had some good weather, we also had some not so good weather at times - but being curled up on the sofa with the fire on staring at that view, it didn't matter at all! The location is excellent, the facilities are great and we loved having a glass of wine on the balcony. Definitely worth paying a little extra for!

    The only negative I can think of is that there is only 1 space for 1 car (which is understandable given the location) - but we found nearby parking and it didn't hinder our stay.

    Fabulous weekend away in the perfect location in Whitstable

    Fantastic location and wonderful views. Extremely well equipped

    Two bathrooms were very small. We were only 4 staying so it was absolutely fine but we thought it would be a bit tight with 6 people on sofas etc.
