The host was great and very accommodating of my family and their needs. The walking marina was also a plus. The private beach was loved by everyone. The swimming pool was also a big hit with the kids. In general they loved their stay.

1. Check in was very bad experince I waited for more than an hour. Then when my friend came they charged her twice and made her wait for long time too to check in. 2. She said the over price because you will have paid services for free which was not true. They asked us to pay 500 pound per person to enter the marina. 3. She requested us to pay for the WiFi although she took lot of money in booking and behind booking taking cash from me. 4. She was very annoying calling us all the time because of the problems we kept on facing and she was hunting us in the pool area. We couldn't have peaceful time. 5.She refused to return our insurance money which was 150 dollars after she checked the apartment and all was good. She was very rude and lieing all the time and recording our voice behind our back 6.We requested the security to call the police. The police came and he told her return the money immediately as you are going against the law and this is not the first problem coming to the police related to her. Thanks to Egyptian police they helped us to take our insurance money back BE careful not recommended at all.
Everything It was disaster Egyptian police helped us to take 150 dollars insurance money back The covers was dirty We found insects too
