Dear Host, We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked the apartment for three adults, expecting a one-bedroom apartment, but it was actually a studio with no separate bedroom and no window in the sleeping area. The sleeping arrangements were unsuitable for our group. There was only one double bed, so our 17-year-old son had to sleep alone in it, while the two women had to share an uncomfortable sofa bed. The property also did not have a proper balcony as we expected; it was only a small outdoor area with a table. We paid €100 per night, and we do not believe the accommodation matched the description or provided good value for money. We therefore request a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment. We look forward to your response.
