    Property that nobody should stay

    Unfortunately, on our arrival the appartment was very dirty and absolutely disgusting smell of cigarettes. The floor and all surfaces were sticky, coach fabrics and rug were obviously dirty, windows very covered with thick dirt and window seals and skirting boars were extremely dirty. The dirt looks as there were no cleaning of those areas for few years. There was no balcony in appartment (advertised to have a balcony) and windows were covered with grates. There was also people/ neighbours shouting and screaming in the corridor during those few minutes we spent inside apartment. We felt very unsafe to stay in this property. We sent the message to the manager of the apartment, and reply from him was that this is probably not the apartment of my taste… As a customer who trust the Booking.com for many years and who is regularly using Booking.com for all my accommodations when travelling for leisure or work, I was very disappointed for such a poor quality of accommodation, especially because it had high ratings on website. The smell and dirt was so bad that we had to leave the place immediately and I had to book urgent alternative accommodation on the same evening in Rio.
