    Я осталась довольна и по приезду из Бангкока была рада как ребенок что вернулась в эту квартиру.

    Чистая квартира. Очень внимательный хозяин. Я очень брезглива но этой квартире доверилась полностью. Тобиас по первому зову приходил и помогал с разными вопросами. Я осталась очень довольна и до сих пор скучаю по Паттайе и этому кондо)

    Ein idealer Urlaubsort für Paare und Frischverliebte aber auch für Singles empfehlenswert.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstklassig, man geht nur wenige Meter, dann ist man am Strand. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Wochen- und Nachtmärkte - alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem Bahtbus zu erreichen. Die Anlage an sich ist ziemlich ruhig. Die Security ist präsent, aber hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Ein Ort, an dem man sich sicher und geborgen fühlt. Die Fahrstühle (Wohnung im 15. Stock) waren schnell und zuverlässig, längere Wartezeiten gab es fast nie. Die Wohnung ist für thailändische Verhältnisse gut isoliert und die Klimaanlage arbeitet sehr sparsam. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Tobias ist super freundlich und zuverlässig.

    Das einzige kleine Manko ist der Wasserdruck in der Wohnung. Man kann ohne Probleme Duschen, aber leider gibt die Leitung in der Etage nicht viel her.

    A very comfortable apartment with great views, the restaurants and shops are great and I enjoyed the gym and swimming pool, of site the night market is excellent.
