Good location , good host
Great central place to stay. Nice accommodation inside , very clean , decent sized kitchen , one bathroom with shower , living area with dining table and sofa and chairs , small balcony , air con working. Comms from host was good. The host is very good and let us stay late on checkout day. Hence the high rating for him. Great location for restaurants etc We also drove to Paphos and Limassol which was easy roads.
Tricky to find but photos from previous guest help, lots of roadworks just now and closures made it harder to find via car. The parking area is tiny , def need a small car or you probably won’t get in. So don’t rely on being able to park. 2 key things meant a lower rating for us. The lift was broken and we were only told just before although we did get the offer to cancel it was too late to try and find somewhere else. It’s 4 flights not 3 which is ok for me but not ideal for 82 year old mother , so if you can’t do stairs it could be a risk , we were there a week and no one came near it to try fix it so I suspect it happens a lot. Thr other thing was in the room near the road with the small balcony someone else’s air con was rattling away all night , probs not the fault of the host though to be fair. That’s probs the lift noise someone talked about it’s not the lift it’s a broken air con. I’m a heavy sleeper so eventually got to sleep.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location
Great apartment in the city centre, very close to the beach. It was easy to get there from the airport, we went there by city bus. Everything in the apartment looks like in the pictures, 3 bedrooms with cosy beds, there are air conditioners in each room. The kitchen is well equiped, coffee from the coffee maker was excellent. There is also a balcony with a view on the sea. There are shops and bakery near, so the location is great. The host was very nice and the communication was really good. We wish to come back there :)

NIce, very spacious.
Very fast communication with owner!!! Apartment close to the beach, with a lift .
The noise from the lift was quite loud special during the night. You will need some mosquito repellents, electric one will do... The car park is on the spot (for 6-7 cars, which is very handy) but very, very narrow to drive in. Small car and some assistants should do the job.
