    Bad choice we made.

    -

When we checked in at our booked time, the room was not even ready. We had booked the room the previous evening for a 12:00 PM check-in the next day. However, they had allotted the same room to another customer from the morning until 12:00 PM. As a result, when we arrived, the room was neither cleaned nor ready, and we were made to wait outside for more than an hour. Luckily, there was a nearby beach where my family could spend some time. Otherwise, we would have had no place to wait. Even after returning from beach after one hour also they dint gave the room for us , made us to wait still. It is ridiculous. This is completely unacceptable. When we are waiting outside another customer also wait with us and saying the same type of issue. Customers are being misled in this way. We are frequent travelers and have never had such a bad experience at any hotel or resort.
