The location is great, close to the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants and a cafe nearby. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works in every bedroom and the living room. The host is friendly and helpful. Clean towels are available on site.

Flat was clean and adequately equipped. 5 minutes walk to the sea front and 10 minutes to train station for connection to Rome.

The host did not meet us at the beginning of our stay! We had significant problems finding the washing machine and working the air con and connecting to WiFi. Upon our arrival flat was extremely hot and difficulty working air con meant we were unable to sleep the first few nights. Non working air con meant the flat was extremely hot. After a few days, we managed to get air con working and found washing machine. Host came to flat around a week later and solved wifi issue by repositioning the router into the hallway.
