    VERY GOOD LOCATION AND SWIMMING POOL BUT THE VALUE FOR MONEY IS NEGATIVE DUE TO THE OTHER AMENITIES

    THE MATTRESS ON ONE BED (BASEMENT) WAS UNACCEPTABLE. BATHROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. JUST ONE CLEANING FOR 6 NIGHTS DOES NOT MATCH TO THAT LEVEL.

    La Villa è in una posizione fantastica, la piscina è favolosa. Grande soggiorno con tavolo enorme su cui mangiare. Cucina completa di ogni accessorio Camere spaziose con aria condizionata Pulizia e cambio lenzuola eseguito con grande cura Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli e informazioni

    Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

    We had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends. The house was spotless, and every bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and had its own private bathroom, which made it an ideal choice for our group. There are several beautiful beaches just a short drive away, and the location is a great base for exploring the area. And very close to Pescada Ferry harbour. You can catch the early Zakhyntos Ferry without a problem. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back. We'd definitely recommend it to groups of friends or families looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay.

    The only minor downside is that there aren't any supermarkets, cafés, or restaurants within walking distance, so having a car is definitely recommended.
