Great property to relax in and visit the delights of this area.

Apartment was clean and spacious and was well appointed.

Collection of keyes / entry was a pain. We had paid the security deposit via a link sent to me and confirmed this but nobody seemed to know we had paid (A few days earlier) and so we arrived with no exact location or entry instructions until I had to email over a copy of the automated receipt of payment from your own company. A terrible start to what turned out to be a great property. Once we had sorted out the issue and someone kindly rang me instead of dealing through the portal, things looked up ! It didnt help that the security guy then gave us the wrong keys. We did get comms from Marbella RNTLS after to check we were all ok and to off a point of contact which was good.
