    The owner was punctual for the key handover. The property was clean.

    The property is facing a very neglected car park, where large amounts of rubbish from nearby restaurant and supermarket are dumped. There is no natural light because it has no windows - just a small glass door opening on the garden, and one at the entrance. Because there are no windows it is very difficult to get fresh air in. The bed looked flimsy and the sofa was uncomfortable. We were so put off that we decided not to sleep there and looked for alternative accommodation in San Teodoro, even though we lost all our money. I think this property can find a market, but they need to price realistically to reflect the depressing location and the issues I have highlighted.

    Perfetto

    Tutto perfetto. La casa era bella pulita emolto accogliente. Ad accoglierci l’host che aveva già provveduto ad accendere clima e accoglierci con un pò di fresco all’interno. Compilato la burocrazia, dati i 100 euro di caparra e fatto due chiacchere con la host in 10 minuti avevamo finito. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa è davvero molto attrezzata, per quanto riguarda la cucina realmente di tutto. Trovato anche attrezzatura da spiaggia di cui 3 ombrelloni e due sdraio. Cè anche la lavatrice fuori e un tavolo con ombrellone e delle sedie per rilassarsi magari dopo cena per stare in compagnia. L’unica cosa che bisogna ricordarsi di fare la raccolta indifferenziata dei rifiuti all’isola che si trova di fronte a casa. Prima di entrare cè una doccia e un rubinetto per i piedi per togliere la sabbia dai piedi per non sporcare tutta casa, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Cè la presenza a letteralmente due passi di un supermercato. Con una decina di minuti è raggiungibile il centro a piedi. Il posto dispone anche di un parcheggio. Che dire… magnifico!

    Non ho niente di negativo da riferire.
