Dobra lokalizacja, ciche nowe osiedle, nie przy głównej ulicy, dobra obsługa/zarządca apartamentu.
W mieszkaniu prawie nie ma światła dziennego. Przez cały dzień jest tak ciemno, że trzeba zapalać światło. Okno które jest z sypialni wychodzi na nieduży otwór wewnątrz budynku, który jest szachtem instalacyjnym. Są tam prowadzone rury kanalizacyjne z innych pięter, także w nocy słychać jak inni mieszkańcy korzystają z toalet. Okna które są z pralni i dwóch łazienek też wychodzą na ten szacht. La Casa davvero spaziosa,comoda e con tutti i comfort. Aria condizionata nelle camere ottimo. Due bagni di cui uno in camera da letto fantastico. Non manca davvero niente, lavatrice,asse da stiro, asciugamani insomma tutto quello che serve in una casa vacanze. Ottima posizione vicina a ogni tipo di servizio e mezzo di trasporto.

The appartment was beautifully arranged, well-equipped, cosy and comfortable. Located in a very close proximity to the beach, bus stop and other facilities.
We were asked to strip off the bedsheets before leaving, and seeing the mattress cannot be unseen. The mattresses need covers. The frying pans in the kitchen should be replaced immediately and we missed some basic products: washing liquid or dishwasher tablets as there was only one for a week stay. And the real name of the estate is Seaberry Park.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i duże przestronne mieszkanie. Remont w jednej z Łazienek konieczny ! Usunięcie grzyba
Duży przestronny apartament pralka i deska do prasowania parter z samodzielnym wejściem duże pomieszczenia nowoczesne wnętrza
Niestety jedna łazienka w naszej sypialni była bardzo mocno zagrzybiała nie mogliśmy z niej korzystać a zapach wydobywający się z niej był uporczywy
